Mercia Real Estate (“MRE”), the midlands focussed real estate investor and asset manager has acquired the freehold interest in an unbroken parade of retail premises fronting the Stratford Road in Shirley, Solihull.
179 – 189 Stratford Road, Shirley comprises six retail units with residential above and four industrial units to the rear.
The property is fully let on ten effective full repairing and insuring leases. The majority of the tenants are national occupiers; Barnardo’s, Connells, The Works, Marie Curie, Oxfam and Rexel.
