Mercia Real Estate (“MRE”), the midlands focussed real estate investor and asset manager has completed the unconditional off-market acquisition of a 10.83 acre site on the outskirts of Warwick.
The parcel of land lies 0.6 miles north of J15 M40 with an extensive 250m of frontage to the Stratford Road.
Samuel Clark, Managing Director said, “The site is not without complication adjoining a water treatment works and within proximity to the gardens of Warwick Castle, both of which will require significant thought to enable development.
Over the coming months we will be working closely with Warwick District Council and other local stakeholders to determine the best economical and planning use for the site prior to submitting a planning application later in 2019.”
