Helen Palgrave joins Birmingham based property and development investor, Mercia Real Estate (MRE)  as Estates Director.   Helen has extensive experience of the property sector, with a career spanning over 15 years in senior positions in private practice in Birmingham.

Helen’s previous role at Avison Young saw her take a leading role in one of the company’s largest instructions for a national industrial portfolio across a wide range of market sectors.

In her new role Helen will be responsible for all estate management initiatives across the portfolio which now extends to in excess of 850 tenants.
