Mercia Real Estate submit plans for a parcel of land in Walsall

A planning application has been subnmitted by Mercia Real Estate for the development of a parcel of land at Landywood Enterprise Park, Holly Lane, Great Wyrley, Walsall, WS6 6BD.

The application is for the proposed demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new  66,000 sq ft building including ancillary offices on the first floor. The site is currently occupied by a collection of existing commercial units which will be demolished in order to deliver the new scheme.

The unit will be provided with an independent concrete service yard to give sufficient vehicular circulation and maneuvering.  In addition, there will be provision of  a car parking area with 4 no. disabled and 4 no. electric vehicle charging spaces,  directly adjacent to the main entrance.
