Samuel is a multi-disciplined professional with expertise in both commercial and residential property. Samuel oversees the acquisition pipeline, portfolio and asset management strategies, develops the business plan and leads new business initiatives to enhance value and sustainability for the company.
Prior to establishing MRE, Samuel was a Director at SevenCapital where he was responsible for the identification and development of a variety of real estate assets.
Prior to working at SevenCapital Samuel was Development Director at a private equity fund backed by Lloyds Banking Group and Homes England responsible for making equity investments into UK house builders.
Samuel is a Chartered Surveyor.
Steve is our COO responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the group and its funding. Steve has 20 years’ experience in corporate banking working across a number of senior roles including property finance.
Prior to joining MRE he also spent two years working for a mid-market house-builder leading their sales and marketing team and supporting diversification into partnership projects.
Marta is responsible for estate and asset management across our diverse portfolio. Her main focus is on creating value and effective lease management, with a specialization in the industrial sector.
Marta joined our in-house asset management team, Aquarius, in 2021. She made the transition from Bulleys Chartered Surveyors, where Aquarius was one of her valued management clients. With nearly a decade of experience in the property sector, Marta brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. She has built her career in the dynamic landscape of the West Midlands, gaining extensive local and regional insights.
More recently, Marta achieved a significant milestone by completing her Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University. This educational achievement reflects her commitment to professional growth and her journey toward obtaining chartered status.
John is our Development Manager responsible for executing the business plan on special projects. Previously building surveyor at Hollis and JLL, John brings a wealth of experience as a chartered building surveyor and specialises in technical due diligence, project management and landlord and tenant disputes.
In his new role John will contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the business and will help bolster the development arm of the business, as well as providing building surveying support.
Emma’s role requires her to support the day to day functions of the estate management department. She co-ordinates all communications with our tenants and suppliers and supports the business operations across portfolio. Emma is the lynchpin of the team with her insight of day to day operations at a granular level.
Helen is responsible for all estate management initiatives across our portfolio, which extends to over 850 tenants.
Previously Helen worked for Avison Young in one of the company’s largest instructions for a national industrial portfolio across a range of market sectors.
Helen is a chartered surveyor and has extensive knowledge of the property sector with a career spanning over 15 years in senior positions in private practices in Birmingham.
