Mercia Real Estate has commenced the phased refurbishment of its residential portfolio situated across Wolverhampton and Burton Upon Trent.
The portfolio of circa 60 Victorian terraced units is under-rented with material rental upside identified. In looking to realise the latent demand we have committed a significant capital sum into look and feel enhancements with works expected to be completed by April 2025.
