Mercia Real Estate has completed the letting of its 60,000 sq ft industrial unit on Maybrook Business Park, Minworth.
A ten-year lease has been agreed with local manufacturer Industrial Control Distributors Ltd at market terms.
The property drew good levels of interest from a variety of occupiers, largely due to the excellent nearby labour supply and good location in regard to the A38 and M42.
