Mercia Real Estate has appointed Alex Parkes as General Counsel advising on all legal matters across its investment, development and operational businesses. Alex joins from Gateley where he was a partner in its Real Estate team advising on development and LL&T matters advising notable regional property companies such as Barberry, OPUS and Clowes.
