Mercia Real Estate have concluded the sale of the Guildhall Shopping Centre in Stafford to Stafford Borough Council as part of the Councils major regeneration plans for the town centre as part of a £4m deal.
The opportunistic sale represents a disconnect from our own redevelopment strategy for the site, but we are delighted with the result and fully endorse the councils plans for the area.
