MRE have commenced the enabling package of their redevelopment of 12 Calthorpe Road into a 410 bed student facility.
The works will entail the back to frame strip out of the office and partial demolition of the link building to create two distinct blocks. The works are programmed for 20 weeks and will enable the main construction works to begin in October 2024.
