Telford Defence and Business Park is the largest single commercial development site in Telford extending to 960,000ft of new build development and 1.1m sq ft of existing buildings. Telford is a unique proposition for defence companies being centrally located within the UK and having immediate access to a wide pool of highly skilled engineering workers. The site is already home to Rheinmetal BAE Systems Limited with MOD Donnington’s National Fulfilment Centre and RAF Cosford located in close proximity.
